Studio2020 is excited to announce a collaboration with Wesley Loh to host a photography workshop for aspiring and new professional photographers. This interactive workshop will help new photographers create a long-term plan for their career. Wesley will share his life experience addressing topics about building a sustainable and successful photography career. He is a well-known, practiced, and sought-after speaker. Wesley has been teaching and speaking for 10 years for Objectifs, Sony, and Profoto. Wesley has run numerous sold-out workshops for Sony and will be sharing his wealth of knowledge in this session. Join us on April 20th in Studio2020 for an exciting and impactful session.

Wesley is a seasoned and well-known professional in the photography scene in Singapore. He is known for portraits, editorial and commercial photography. He has shot for many clients ranging from international companies (e.g. McDonald's, Standard Chartered Bank, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Burson-Marsteller, JW Marriott & GHM Hotels) and local firms and institutions (e.g. National University Hospital, SMU, NTU, NUS, NTU & the National Arts Council). Wesley has built a lasting and enduring photography business over his 36-year career. On a personal front, Wesley has exhibited his works at Genesis in Paris and the University Cultural Centre (Singapore). Wesley won an award for the ICON de Martell Cordon Bleu in 2012. He published his book “100 Singaporeans” with Epigram Books, a photography book showcasing 100 Singaporean faces, in his bid to find the "Singaporean face".

Will there be photography in the workshop?
There will not be any photography in the workshop, it is focused on a sharing session for attendees to understand
Who is this workshop for?
Aspiring and new professional photographers (1-3 years)
Will food and refreshments be provided?
Refreshments such as snacks and drinks will be provided to participants
Studio 2020 will contact participants upon a successful booking to check on participant’s dietary requirements if any.
Do you offer different payment options?
We accept direct bank transfers and payment through Paynow or PayLah!
Do I need to bring any other additional equipment?
We recommend bringing writing materials, as well as your own personal portfolio of shot works as Wesley will be doing a group review session
