+ How do I book the studio?

Book an appointment with us here. Once you complete the booking through our scheduling system, your appointment is confirmed. Please note that booking will only be confirmed once full payment has been made.

+ What is the minimum booking period?

2 hours.

+ Can I come early to set up my equipment?

A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed prior and after if there are no conflicting shoots.

After which we will charge per half hour block overtime at:

Weekday: $52.50

Weekend: $56.25

+ What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule my booking?

Kindly reach out to us at hello@studio2020.sg and we will make the necessary arrangements.

+ What happens if we need more time?

As long as there are no appointments after you, we would be happy to extend your appointment at a rate of $70 per hour during our studio hours. Bookings that extend outside of our studio hours at 9pm will be subject to a rate of $80 per hour.

+ Do you give studio tours?

We offer studio tours by appointment only. Please email hello@studio2020.sg to enquire.

+ Where is the studio located?

Our studio is located at UB Point, unit #06-15, 61 Ubi Avenue 1, Singapore 408941.

+ Is there parking available?

There is a carpark at the basement level and also a loading and unloading bay at the back of the building.

+ What time is the natural light the strongest?

The studio’s natural lighting is at its strongest between 3pm-6pm.

+ Are steamer and clothing racks provided?

Yes, a garment steamer, clothing racks and hangers are provided.

+ Can I store my equipment at the space?

Yes, you are welcome to if the studio is not occupied.

+ Are there restroom facilities nearby?

There is a restroom located just across the studio.

+ Why is there a cleaning fee?

For maintenance of the studio space after shoots, such as general cleanliness and equipment resetting.

+ If I do not know how to use the equipment, does the studio provide assistance?

Yes, please feel free to contact us regarding studio equipment usage at hello@studio2020.sg We also provide professional studio assistance at a rate of $200 for full day. (Subject to availability)

• Shop N Save Supermarkets, Joo Chiat Complex, Tanjong Katong Complex and City Plaza are nearby and offer for an array of amenities such as grocery and retail shopping, banks and more.

+ Is there a fridge available in the studio?

There is a small fridge available in the studio. Please do not leave items in the fridge after the shoot.
